Claims Examiners

Did you work overtime but fail to recieve pay?

Claims Examiners

Our firm filed a class action lawsuit in February of 2014 against Tristar Risk Management on behalf of Claims Examiners seeking overtime pay, amongst other penalties under the California Labor Code.  The Court recently denied Plaintiff’s motion for class certification, meaning, Tristar Risk Management Claims Examiners must assert their overtime claims individually against the company before the running of the statute of limitations.

Because of the statute of limitations, it is important that you determine whether you are entitled to additional compensation for overtime pay or any other possible labor violations immediately. We invite you to contact us as soon as possible for a strictly, confidential discussion.

We wish to inform you that you may be entitled to compensation for overtime wages having worked as a Claims Examiner for Tristar Risk Management. This is true even if you are salaried and have been told by Tristar Risk Management that you are not entitled to overtime pay.  You may also be entitled to compensation for missed or late meal and rest breaks.

Did you experience any of the above while working for Tristar Risk Management? We would like to hear from you.

There is no charge for this discussion, and if we process a claim on your behalf our costs and fees are only paid out of monies recovered.  No fee unless we win your case

Please call our office at (800) 568-8020 or email us at nick@bamlawca.com to discuss.
