Background

Molly was born in Centerville, Ohio and grew up with a passion for the law and social justice for working men and women. Molly is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law where she served as a Teaching Assistant for the first-year legal research and writing course. During law school, Molly interned for the Honorable Paul L. Friedman at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia where she drafted judicial opinions for employment law cases. Molly became a member of the Maryland State Bar in 2002 and joined the California State Bar in 2004. She is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and Queen's Bench. Since 2005, Molly has primarily litigated class action cases and, for the last seven years, has focused on representing employees and consumers in class and collective actions across California and the nation, helping them recover millions of dollars in unpaid wages, restitution and penalties.
