If you were recently exposed to Monsanto’s Roundup as a result of your job duties in California and developed non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, you may be entitled to financial compensation.

Over 11,000 people have filed lawsuit against Monsanto, alleging exposure to Monsanto’s Roundup caused them or their loved ones non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. These lawsuits further allege Monsanto covered up the harmful risks posed by Roundup.  In a recent trial, a California jury awarded $2 billion dollars to a couple who were exposed to Monsanto’s roundup and were diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma as a result.

In 2017, the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) listed Glyphosate as a cancer causing chemical. Subsequently, a  2019 study further established the link between glyphosate, found in Monsanto’s Roundup, and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Glyphosate, found in Monsanto’s Roundup, is the most commonly used pesticide in the United States, with over 1.8 million tons of the chemical used since 1974. Due to contemporary GMO techniques there has been a 500% rise in Glyphosate use in pesticides since 1996. As a result, many California workers have been exposed to Glyphosate and may have suffered damages as a result.

Blumenthal Nordrehaug Bhowmik De Blouw LLP is currently investigating whether California  workers are entitled to financial compensation as a result of exposure to Monsanto’s Roundup. If you were exposed to Monsanto’s Roundup and developed non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, you may be entitled to financial compensation.
