Background

Justin grew up in Southern California. Justin attended university at the University of California, Riverside where he studied art and politics. He attended law school at the University of California Berkeley (notoriously previously named Boalt Hall).

Justin has worked in the employment law representing the interests of employees for over a decade, and has especially focused on the wage and hour class and Private Attorney General litigation. Justin has worked in non-profit (workers’ center), boutique firm and midsized plaintiffs’ side firm settings. In all cases pursuing the interests of working people.

Justin joined BNBD in May, 2026. With his colleague at firm, Justin litigates class and Private Attorney General Act matters across the state.
